Owain Thomas — Principal
Owain joins us as a Principal within our Technology practice, bringing a strong track record of building technology leadership capability for Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Before joining Denison Nunn, Owain played a pivotal role at Saragossa, where he supported PE-backed organisations in strengthening their technology functions.
His experience, market insight, and execution precision make him a significant addition to our team as we continue to scale across the UK and Europe into 2026.
Luke Drage — Senior Consultant
We are also pleased to welcome Luke Drage as a Senior Consultant, further enhancing our capability across Technology, Transformation and Data.
Luke joins from BIE Executive’s Technology & Transformation practice, bringing experience supporting organisations in identifying and engaging senior leaders across both Private Equity and Enterprise.
His earlier career at Lorien saw him specialise in data and analytics recruitment, building high-performing teams across multiple industries. Luke’s network and deep understanding of the market strengthen our ability to deliver outstanding talent solutions for our clients.
