Supporting Premium Credit through a critical product transformation

Premium Credit partnered with Denison Nunn to appoint a Programme Director to lead a critical business transformation programme focused on evolving the organisation toward a more agile, product-led operating model. 

Operating within a regulated financial services environment, the mandate required a senior leader capable of balancing strategic transformation design with hands-on delivery execution, while partnering directly with the CEO and executive leadership team. 

From the outset, the brief was clear: this was not a traditional enterprise governance role. The successful individual needed to combine commercial pragmatism, transformation credibility and operational delivery capability within a lean, fast-moving environment.
